Agreement

Who We Are

Easy Property Offers LLC, doing business as Easy Home Sales, buys houses from Texas homeowners for cash. We buy property as principals. We may close on the purchase ourselves or assign our purchase contract to another buyer or investor; if so, this will be disclosed in the written purchase agreement. We are not acting as the seller’s real estate agent or broker, we do not list homes on the MLS, and we do not represent sellers. Sellers may consult an attorney or a licensed real estate agent. When you share details about your property, we review it and may make you a written cash offer. All terms, including any disclosures required by Texas law, are provided in the written purchase agreement.

Eligibility

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to submit information about a property, whether as the owner, an authorized representative, or an heir/estate representative.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. Submitting a form on this Site does not create any obligation for you or for us. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information about yourself or a property
• Use the Site to harass, spam, or send unsolicited communications to us or other users

Any offer we make is non-binding until a written purchase agreement is signed by both parties. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to purchase your property.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
