Who We Are
[PLACEHOLDER WHOLESALER LLC] is a real estate purchasing company. We are not real estate agents, and we do not list properties for sale on the MLS or otherwise act as a licensed broker. Nothing on this Site should be interpreted as a guaranteed offer, appraisal, or professional real estate, legal, or financial advice.

No Obligation
Submitting your property information through this Site does not obligate you to sell, and does not obligate us to make an offer or complete a purchase. Any offer we make is subject to further evaluation, agreement on terms, and a signed written purchase agreement. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to purchase your property.

Note on Purchase & Assignment Contracts
Separate document you'll likely need
This page covers the website. It is not the same as the purchase agreement or assignment contract you'll use when you put a property under contract or hand a deal off to a buyer in your network. Those need their own state-specific legal language — including things like an option/inspection period, assignment-of-contract clause, and (worth asking your attorney about) a non-circumvention clause that keeps a buyer you introduce to a deal from going around you to deal directly with the seller. That's a separate document from this one, and it's worth getting a real estate attorney to draft or review it once you're ready to start putting contracts together.
